A Bit About Me

Hi, I’m Steph, a certified Hyrox coach, personal trainer, and busy mom who knows firsthand how hard it can be to make time for yourself. I used to struggle with emotional eating, a packed schedule, and feeling like fitness was always out of reach. But I’ve learned that taking care of your health isn’t selfish... it’s essential.

Fitness has become my outlet, my community, and my way to model healthy habits for my children. I believe everyone deserves something that’s just for them, a chance to grow, to challenge themselves, and to keep getting stronger at every stage of life. Whether you’re chasing a Hyrox finish line, working out from home, or simply trying to build consistency, I’m here to help you find a way to make fitness fit your life, not the other way around.
