My reason for her services was ....I started eating vegetarian 3 years ago and the entire time I've been frustrated in getting in enough protein and not sure if the amount that I've been told in the past to eat was correct. Also I had been told in the past to eat super low carbs (25 grams) ...Which seemed impossible on a vegetarian diet.
Steph really helped answer my questions and got me on a meal plan where I was in the right calorie range to lose weight (which I did), and also the correct amount of carbs, fat and protein, ....ensuring I was getting a variety of vitamins and minerals as well as a lack of inflammatory foods and foods with chemicals that weren't whole foods.
Another thing I learned was how to be aware of what I'm eating, and how to plan on my own, creating my own unique new dishes.
The goal was to lose fat, gain a bit of muscle and increase my workouts and steps per day.
Thanks to Steph I now have a plan and have peace of mind in my weight loss and health journey.
