Each session is designed to help you activate your muscles properly, increase stamina and see real progress- all from the comfort of your home. Whether you're just starting or leveling up your routine, you'll get expert guidance, motivations, and a community that keep you accountable.
Class Schedule:
🗓️ Monday- 7 PM
🗓️ Wednesday- 7 PM
🗓️ Saturday- 9 AM
No fancy equipment needed- just some dumbbells, small resistance bands and a commitment to showing up and giving it your best.
Pricing Options:
💪 $10 per drop-in
💪 $50 per month- includes access to all class recordings in case you miss a session
